On behalf of Specialized Dental Partner, we are grateful for vendor support of our practices, our dental team members, and the patients we serve. Each year, we look forward to our annual Vision Summit. The Vision Summit is our time to connect and collaborate with our Partner doctors on how best to advance Specialzed Dental Partner’s mission of driving meaningful opportunity and growth for our teammates as we pursue excellence together.
In recognition of the support you provide as a Preferred Vendor, Specialized Dental Partners would like to extend this invitation to exhibit at this year’s Vision Summit in Dallas, TX. Please review this prospectus for the pertinent details about the Vision Summit and the Vendor Attendance Agreement.

Display Space
You will receive an assigned space in the Vineyard Foyer, where partners will gather for registration and breaks throughout the Summit.
The number of display spaces is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Displays and materials are limited to one 6-foot tabletop display with room for a "pop-up" display. Electrical power will be available for a charge and WiFi will be provided.
Setup will run from 11pm to 2pm on Thursday, October 3rd.
Companies must staff their displays throughout the event and are responsible for the security of their materials. Detailed shipping instructions and a power order form can be found in the exhibitor attendance agreement.
Vendor Display Program
Exhibitors benefit from ample face-to-face time with Specialized Dental partner doctors throughout the weekend.

Exhibitor Package: $5,000 USD
Space is limited and registration will be accepted until August 23, 2024, or until the exhibitor space is filled, whichever occurs first. Onsite vendor registration will not be available. All payments will be due no later than September 15.
